So disappointed

I am so so bummed. The piano is beautiful but the sound is terrible. The keys are incredibly loose and you practically have to bang down on the key to make the sound. I know it's a toy but the sound is pretty bad even for a toy, and especially for the price. Super bummed as I was SO excited for this gift for my son for Christmas morning.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's okay but have problems with a couple keys.

Setting this up for Christmas morning and a little disappointed. The piano sounds really off/outta tune but even further than that the middle E key and the black key by it between D and E both make no sound. It's cute and I think my daughter will like it overall but unsure how she will react with the soundless keys.

This was a Christmas present from Santa and a few keys do not work. I contacted you by email twiceand never got a response. I was hoping we could get a new one before my grand kids came over again, however that didn't happen. Very disappointed in your customer service.
