I had this phone for about a year now. At first I liked it, but it is a very heavy phone. forget buying any phone case for it. I now hate it many times I go to use it and the camera comes on and I don't want it to. Now the phone locks up and I have to restart it. Very few apps allow duel screens. The battery life is not even 8hrs. now. The phone is so smooth its hard to hold on to and the edges are sharp and uncomfortable to hold while talking. I wish I never got it. I think this is the worst phone I ever had. I have to carry in my pocket and I hate that.

Awesome phone BUT.......

Awesome phone! Dual screens, dual purpose, crisp clear pic, high res and awesome sound BUT.... it's a sleek, slippery, heavy glass brick! Dropped 3x's already and luckily it's not damaged but for me, it's a little too much glass to handle. I also noticed in large screen or dual screen mode, sometimes videos may lag and it's not due to connection, perhaps refresh rate. Beautiful masterpiece but since there's not many protective cases on the market, I may exchange it for something more durable.

Mediocre phone

Read the online reviews of this phone before you buy it! The concept has great potential, but this phone is not outstanding beyond its dual screens and multi tasking ability. I'm left handed so the controls are perfect for me, but rights won't enjoy the placement. The screen is OK but in full screen mode it's heavily letterboxed, wasting all that potential real estate! Processor power is OK. Android 7.x with a promise but no scheduling for 8.x.
For a phone in this price range, it's middle of the line in most respects. Wait for the revised version, if it happens.

So we got this phone about 2 weeks ago! The dual screens are pretty cool but only if you’re trying to do 2 things at once. Most apps (including DIRECTV) are not optimized to use the extended mode on the phone. There are no protective cases currently for this phone. The phone drops the call literally 30-45 seconds after the call begins! On speaker phone it cuts off after 15 seconds. Heading back to ATT today to see if we can still exchanged this brick.

Not worth the full price or price listed.

When I first got this, I thought it was great, but the camera in the front and I have to constantly switch in between and sometimes when I turn it to one side it turns back to the other way. The flash light is where the user screen is, and it warns you to not stare at the light when you use the flashlight. Great concept for everything but wrong placement and no settings to manually change from one camera to another without it switching on it's own, so you'd have to turn the other side and switch, or go back. It's too much, and glitches, and force closes most apps. I regret paying in full for this phone, not worth the price I paid. Also dropped it the first day and it cracked, you have to buy a specific durable case for it.

I had a ZTE blue max loved. Until 4days short of the 30 day expiration date. It develoed issues. I called. Worked great for 3 hours. Then right to having the same issue. No more ZTE for this family. LG or SAMSUNG for us. Sorry ZTE.

It is not a good device. After the novelty wears off it's a brick in size and the company doesn't want me to put how I really feel
