[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my new G6+ now for almost a month. I really like it, it seems pretty quick. Holds charge pretty decent for me. I like the screen, pictures are nice from camera.
Downside for me, is,I don't get as good cell service as with my trusty old Nexus 5x. A lot more dropped calls, data reception not strong.
Sure, we live rural, but my old phone did a lot better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Manages power consumption of apps far better. Screen is visible in sunlight. Some settings are not self evident. Despite ad blockers, several ads must be waded through after almost all power ons. Source? Unknown. Didn't start for a week or 2. Power/fingerprint button on back is a definite improvement. Phone doesn't get unintentionally activated while in a pocket. Screen is very clear and readable. Extra space due to form factor is well done. Not crazy about all glass exterior. Appears so far to be much more rugged. Still, would not use it without a rugged cover. Phone is very slippery. Be careful grabbing your phone if it is plugged in for charging, as the cord suddenly stops but the phone may not. Be extra careful around tile floor and granite countertops. Having a soft surface below your phone handling helps. Haven't taken many pictures or videos yet, but they seem easy to take and of reasonable quality. Wasn't crazy about the non-removable battery, but with the power management improvements, it may be a worthwhile tradeoff. I don't don't presently need any outside apps. My phone has never yet run low on power by end-of-day. But, I'm not on the phone all day either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is the perfect phone for me on paper. priced reasonable, wireless charging, hifi headphone jack, nice size screen, large storage and expandable. we will see how it holds up in time. I keep my phones a long time and use them alot. wish the battery was a little larger but nothings perfect.
