It’s pretty, but nowhere near as durable as my last defender case. It’s been a couple weeks and it already has scratches on the smooth backside where the dots are. I had my previous case for years and never a scratch.

I had one for my 5s and it was great , now I have iPhone 8 and they made some great improvements to the case, it fits better in my hand and charging area flap is up now instead of down which means it closes better after charging

Otter box Defenders are my favorite - never cracked a screen and my iPhones are pristine. I just wish we could also protect the lens.
Anyway, I had bought a teal one previously and couldn’t keep it clean. This purple color is perfect - doesn’t dye transfer from my jean pocket, and while I still wipe it down, it is looking new longer;)

Really good bit of kit. Easy to set up, feels solid once complete, and looks fantastic quality. I’ve had other cases that come with their own screen protector that sit just off the phone face which causes a nightmare when you type... this one however doesn’t have that problem. Fits perfectly and makes no difference to the touch screen. One thing that could be better would be to add a film protection under the rear hole that sits over the apple logo of your phone. That way when you take the phone out the case you won’t have a dirty circle line.
