I won't buy anything other than otter box. Has protected all my phones from drops, bumps, etc...however, my last case came in black and yellow and living in Pittsburgh, that was a special feature. The limited color selections, not representing team colors, not a well thought out marketing plan in my opinion. You don't need NFL licensing, just color combinations. Not having that with the 8, is a let down. Otherwise, 5 stars for quality of product. Black and yellow.

My phone feels super secure in this case. It will definitely protect it from any damage. BUT the screen protector is awful to use. It makes typing on the phone and using the touch screen extremely difficult. I'm starting to get used to it, but it's not fun. I wouldn't recommend the case for that reason.

It sounds like there could be a slightly bigger gap between the screen protector and your phone screen than we would normally prefer, and our amazing Otters would love to rectify the situation with a warranty claim. Just give them a ring at 1-855-688-7269, and they'll gladly send you a new lid/base assembly that we're confident should provide functional protection going forward!

I LOVED the colour of this product and the protects my phone so well! Unfortunately, it stained within the first two days and I haven’t been able to wash it off. OtterBox was great about replacing it, although I did have to pay for shipping.
