I bought this case about 3-4 weeks ago and I liked it for the first week. But than it got dirty and wouldn't come off and I could barely see my screen because things were sticking to it and not coming off. Not one of my best purchases
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thanks for your feedback! We are sorry that this Defender case is getting dirty and not cleaning up. We get why this could be disappointing and we definitely want to help. We always suggest cleaning our products using mild soap and water (never with abrasive or corrosive cleaners that may damage the case).

I bought this recently and find it to be just a little too big to keep on my phone every day. The fingerprint identifier also stopped working with the clear plastic cover so I had to cut that part out and then it worked fine. I definitely have faith in the abilities of this case to protect my phone.

Thanks for your feedback! We are sorry that the Defender case is a bit too bulky for your comfort level and that the plastic covering the home button was interfering with the Touch ID function. The Touch ID issue is not normal and we will be happy to assist with that dilemma.

I previously had an iphone 5 for 2.5 years, that was always kept in the Defender Series Realtree case (orange). When I finally had to get a new phone my original was in MINT shape from being in the Otter Box case. And I had dropped it at least 20 times over the years, probably more. Within 2 days of getting my iphone 7 I ordered a Pink Defender series Realtree and the minute I got it, my new phone went it. I can't imagine anyone not protecting their phones with the Best Protection out there. I will ALWAYS use this type of case on any phone I have.
