Screen Sensitivity

Bought this only a few days ago and straight away I noticed reduced screen sensitivity. I mean it's not the end of the world, but I certainly feel like I often have to tap harder or tap twice for things to press. Other than that, it looks good and touch sensitivity works okay. Just for an expensive case I expected better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

one heck of a phone case

so i had dropped my phone in the street outside my house in the rain. i hadn't noticed but thought i left it in my friends car. although i have the iphone 7, the case did nothing for water, as expected, but was undamaged. my parents came home and ran it over with their car accidentally. although there are a few scratches on the plastic front, my phone is 100% okay.

Saved my phone!

I bought my case last October, when I replaced my iPhone. Since then, it's been dropped a couple of times, with no adverse effect. My admiration for this product has grown substantially since last weekend. An entire basket of sewing scissors fell off a shelf, dumping all the scissors onto the table 3 feet below. My phone was laying on the table and took a direct hit with the (very sharp) point of one of the scissors. I immediately took off the cover, because there was a noticeable "divot" in the screen protector. I looked closely, and there is no damage - at all - to my phone screen! Not a scratch! Thanks Otterbox!

I have use Otterboxes for three or four years and have never cracked the screen on my iPhone. Everyone in my family has accidents that cause their screen to break. This is he only cover that can handle everything.

I've always bought otterbox cases for my family's devices and I've never had a problem and always trust that my case is protected and it looks great. Can't complain when you drop your case and it's still in mint condition. Super pleased and love that you can pretty much customize to your likings :)

Lower quality than previous iterations

Just had to order (and pay for shipping) a warranty swap for a three month old iPhone 7 case, the entire back has peeled and snagged from back pocket use and everyday wear and tear. It's only three months old and it looks like it's three years old now. I'm disappointed, Otters! The quality can be more in line with your price points! We know you're better than this - hopefully my replacement is better - thanks...
