Great Protection-Sadly Mint Dot discolors quickly

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Otter Box products and will buy them for ALL my devices. Otterbox- we love the Mint dot cover - can you do some magic so the sides don't turn so dirty yucky when mixing with our skin oils. Can never get it clean and people look at it thinking I am a very dirty person but I am not. It has to be some sort of interaction with the oils of the skin more than anything. Can you get your chemists to fix it so we can use our bright shiny Mint dot cases again, keeping them clean looking always? I work in a professional environment so a dirty cover reflects poorly on me. Same dingy color on the sides as the other photos shown here. I always recommend Otterbox covers, just not the Mint dot color until they fix it.

It might be pricey case but best phone protection ever! I literally dropped my phone down metal stairs and the phone didn't have a scratch nothing just a case had little rough spots but kept phone well protected

Good case, could make a few things better

Really solid case, since the iPhone 7 is IP67 there really isn't a need for a waterproof case unless your going to be swimming or what not. I would love to see otter box put some of the screen protector around the ear piece so that dirt couldn't get in there under the screen, not covering the earpiece but around it like other screen protectors. Also more dust protector for the bottom speakers.

So gald I got Otter Box Case. They are so good quality and defends really great but the camera could get damaged on bumpy areas but GREAT! For everything a person would expect

Why did you change design???

You had a great product; but the new design puts the slick plastic over the rubber, causing it to slide on table surfaces... Not as good. and you have separate film (not as good) to put on face of phone instead of harder plastic that is part of the otterbox. Would recommend as it is the best thing out there.

Thanks for your feedback! There seems to be some confusion as the Defender case for the iPhone 7 should still have the built in screen protector and the silicone slip cover on the outside of the inner hard plastic shell.

Disappointed! Many Problems!

Yes it protects the phone but... For the price, I expected a high-quality case. However, that is not what I received. The hard plastic part of the case makes a loud creaking sound when holding and moving the phone in your hand. While the volume buttons are fine, the power button (of the case - The phone is fine!) is very unresponsive. You have to push very hard in order to activate the power button through the case, it's a much mushier feel than the volume buttons. The phone within the case is not secure, as it can move slightly up and down with a gentle flick of the wrist.
So although it protects your phone, it's a hassle and annoying to use. Years ago I had an Otterbox Defender for an older phone of mine (a Motorola) and it wasn't nearly as problematic as this one is for my iPhone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Screen Protecter Issue...

I had the Defender for my iPhone 6s Plus and loved it. Naturally I had to purchase for my new iPhone 7. I immediately noticed that I can feel a gap between the screen and built in screen protector and filed a warranty claim. The warranty replacement I was issued has the same "defect". I never had this issue with my previous case...is this the new norm? If the screen protector were flush, this case would be perfect.
