Great case ... our 6th case! However, the case had some sort of residue on the screeen, tiny specs, like an oily substance. With an LCD cleaning cloth and a microfiber towel to dry, I was able to get most of it off. I've given this rating 5 stars because of outstanding customer service, sending us a new one. Thank you!

I just got an iPhone for the first time and was told I had to buy a case (after decades of an indestructible BlackBerry). The iPhone 7 fits so neatly, and I'm getting used to its new bulky feel. Most I just admire how well designed and clever the case is. The plastic screen works just fine.

I have had my case for 3 weeks now. It was easy to assemble and functions perfectly. Star lost due to it showing dirt on the first day. I understand I choose a lighter color, but I would hope todays advancements in design would allow for stain resistant outer shells.

This is my third otterbox case that I have purchased and am completely satisfied with the consistency and quality. Before purchasing my first otterbox, I had a terrible track record with phones(shattered 3 iPhones...) but since using otterbox I am happy to say I have yet to experience a break! :) if you live an active life or drop your phone often, an otterbox would be a great investment.
