On our previous iPhones the opening in back of the otterbox, the circle opening that was used to reveal the Apple insignia was in the proper spot so the insignia was displayed. With this SE case, the opening is a couple of inches too high and therefore does not show the Apple insignia at all, it's completely covered up. This sucks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far it works. If it is like the last one, the rubber/plastic will eventually harden and start to peel. Haven't tested it yet and hopefully I won't. Phones are too expensive.

I bought this case about a month ago and the quality is great, just like all the cases I have had from otterbox. However I only gave 4 stars because the color of the case, although very pretty, gets dirty way too easily and does not come clean. Overall I would buy the case again, just in a different color.

There is no buying an expensive phone without having an OtterBix defender to keep it in. The new case for the iPhone 7 may be the same size as the one for the 6, but the material of the box is superior in that it is a bit more firm yet smooth. Easier to slide in and out of pockets...great job!
