I first purchased an iPhone 5s and now have upgraded to an iPhone 7. I did quite a bit of shopping before I bought a case. I work in a body shop and things do happen but my OtterBox phone cases have kept my phones perfect! In fact when I went to trade in my phone the young lady at the counter and I almost had to break the OtterBox case to get it off. That case is indestructible and I wouldn't trust my investment to any other. Thank you OtterBox!

Love the protection not a fan of texture of case

The protection and ease of putting is excellent. I would prefer a smooth material for outer case as this one gets 'dingy' looking after a while.

Do not buy!!

I bought this in September and the whole back is peeling!! I don't use it everyday. Very disappointed!!!

Had an old defender case for iPhone 7. When I got the 8 there was a gap between the screen and the protector. Bought this 8/7 case and same thing.

It's strange that both cases did not fit the iPhone 8, especially because the product has been specifically tested and designed to fit seamlessly with that device. I have had my Otter Box for a few months now until recently my phone droped on some rovks, the Box was fine but my hole screen schaterd.

Poor quality

I have purchased Otterbox Defender Series for many years. Purchased another this spring. I should have listened to other reviews about poor quality; not like they used to be. I now know that’s correct. I dropped phone on hardwood floor, case split open, phone screen shattered. My grandkids and myself have dropped our phones in the past w/o a problem. This latest case doesn’t match up. Won’t buy Otterbox again.
