Rock solid case Stiff side button No apple window

This is my second OtterBox for my iPhone. The first held up so well and took a beating but kept my phone safe that I purchased it again. This case has a very firm/stiff right side button. I can’t press the button with a finger but rather I have to use my thumb with a firm grip... and I’m a young adult... not arthritic! Also, the back doesn’t have the window for Eve’s apple. I was kinda disappointed because I have a picture that fits the window perfectly and would like to have used it. It’s why I chose this case since the photo in the description had the window.

I am pretty rough on phones. I also work in a very dusty environment. The case itself allowed a lot of dust to accumulate between the phone and Mylar cover, so much so that it would require removing from the case every couple of days to clean. I have somewhat solved the issue, I keep it in a zip-loc bag now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
