This is my third otterbox. I have had to get new otterboxes when I have gotten new phones. I have never had any problem or damage to any of my phones. Only problem I have is that when my phone is on vibrate and clipped to my skirt, I can not feel it a lot of times. I am a funeral director so I need to have the phone on vibrate during funerals but I also need to know when my phone rings.

I love the style and design of the back of the case but really did not like the bubblegum pink interior casing so I sprayed painted it gold and I think it's fabulous now

I got my new defender case for my new iPhone 7 about 2 weeks ago and would love the case except for there is an gap between the case and the phone glass making it extremely hard to use your phone touch feature (especially texting) because you have to push so hard to get it to work

I love my otterbox. I am a big fan of the defender series, because I drop my phone ALL THE TIME. On concrete, on gravel, on dirt, in the house, against the wall -- the defender keeps my phone like new. It's fallen as far as 20 feet without the slightest issue. People sometimes comment about my "giant" case, but it's really not that big -- adds maybe 2-3mm on each side, and MY screen has never shattered.
I just had to replace my phone because it wore out and became obsolete. That's thanks to the defender. I've only needed one the entire time I had that phone too -- the case itself never falls apart either, despite daily and constant use.
I was told when I bought it so many years ago that I wouldn't regret it. I wish I could find that store employee and say "you were right, mister!". I definitely have never regretted it.

Love this case, flexible but firm. Easy to navigate phone w/case on. Nice colors and has the great quality we all expect of Otterbox. Good purchase, highly recommend. Note: the piece that attaches the "clip" is a bit clunky, but I'm not using that. Good customer service from Otterbox when I placed my order as well.

I Love Otterbox Defender cases. I'm sure my phone is protected - and that is the real point to having a case like this. I was not thrilled with my color choices (I really, really wanted Orange and Black - the colors of my favorite baseball team), but after receiving the Mint Dot, I'm very happy. It's a very pretty case. It does get dirty, but so does every case. I haven't had any problem with scratching, or slipping as some reviewers noted. I do have a slight problem with the home button. The thumbprint access does not always work, so I don't use a thumbprint now. The cover over the plug in area was slightly annoying, so I cut it off. Problems solved. Maybe the outer case won't stretch out in this area now (like it did with my previous Otterbox for my Iphone 5S). In any case, I highly recommend this product. Thanks Otterbox! (ps: any thought on working with MLB for case designs?)
