OEM defender case doesn’t disappoint. Shipping by UPS innovations is not a desirable shipping method. There seems to be several days required to accomplish handoff from UPS to USPS.

I can't even count the number of times this case has saved my iphone SE2 from destruction. It happened again this morning -- i leave the phone charging on my desk at work, and inevitably something causes it to fall to the floor. not a scratch on it. I've only used Otterbox cases for all my phones (which were all blackberries going back to 2007).
Have never damaged a phone in a drop. Best. Case. Ever. Plus the teal color is cool.

At first I was annoyed it came with a screen cover - thought the website could focus more on item specs instead of other items to buy, but that's perhaps just me - but after using it I really like that feature. Just hope it doesn't cloud up in a few months.
It can be considered bulky, but it is very easy to hang on to, and the bulk is great for drop protection. I was previously using a mousy case that works to protect the phone from a 3 story fall, but only once; it breaks after repeated small falls. NOT this case.
I had the lower series case for my iPhone 7, and though it lasted for over a year, the leaser plastic near the bottom started to crack, and the rubber is wearing out. Perfectly reasonable for that length of time and rough handling. I fully expect this model to not fall apart in that way, so it's totally worth the extra bulk.
Don't plan on taking this case on and off - it's not meant for that and it's a bit of a pain.

Ive used the defender case for over a decade and I’ve never broken a phone with them on, they’re always good. My one complaint now is the lack of color options, so I hope that we can get more variety again
