My wife and I have used Otterbox cases for every phone that we have owned. They are extremely will designed and manufactured. We have looked at other cases, but always go back to Otterbox. We take care of our phones, but sooner or later a drop or some other incident happens and our rugged cases have protected our phones.

The case is plenty hefty and seem to provide shock protection. But the plastic screen rendered the touch screen non operational. I had to peel it off and rely on my glass screen protection. The picture also depicted the apple logo in the back but sadly the product does not have it.

Keep in mind, if you're using and additional screen protector on your device alongside the one built into your Defender Series case, that may have been causing those sensitivity issues. As for the window on the back, while that case did sport a vanity window at one point, when the new iPhone SE 2nd Gen was released, this case as re-designed to fit both of those devices. This involved removing the window on the back, as those devices have the Apple Logo in different spots.
