To start, we intentionally designed the screen protector to cover and protect the actual screen of the phone itself. The glass does not extend to the top of the device face in order to provide clear access to essential phone functions, such as the front-facing camera.
Occasionally, touch sensitivity issues can result from improper misalignment, and our friendly Otters would love to further investigate this and help out! I got the screen protector last week. It "popped off" intact with a 16" drop, and now reapplied has very poor sensitivity. I have 2 phones and the 2nd is performing perfectly

The screenprotector is broken. I think its because of the way it is glued to the glass. This way there is still a little space between the protector and the glass. Withs allows pressure points to crack the protector. Probably also because the little space between the protector and the glass the the pen or finger touch is not so sensitive as I expect it. The protector on my 7edge had no flaws of this kind.

I bought this almost 1 month ago for my galaxy note 8 and it was very easy to install. it has affected the responsiveness of the screen to touch around the perimeter of the screen and tend to make cracking noises when pressed on when im using it outside in cold temperatures. otherwise i believe in the event of a drop it will shatter before my screen does.

Unfortunately, after buying excellent Otterbox products for years this one did not live up to the normal expectations I have of Otterbox. The screen protector is unresponsive and I find myself having to almost slam the screen to get it to react. I am very disappointed in the product and hope to receive a replacement. I should have trusted the other reviews before attaching this to my order.
