Unless I put it on wrong, there is an air gap between the glass and the screen, desensitizing the touch. I followed the instructions to a tee and sealed around edges. The centering tools are amazing and made installation a cinch, but I have to really accentuate my presses with my finger top get the phone top respond.

I bought the galaxy 8 note a month ago and got protective screen protectors for it but within a week all of the screen protectors broke off and didn't go back on.

The screen fits perfectly with the Otterbox case. Unfortunately, the screen has lost much of its sensitivity. You have to have a screen protector, but not sure the loss of sensitivity is a good trade off.

I should've listened to the other reviews. I believe this screen protector will prevent my phone from cracking but it comes with a price. It's very difficult to use parts of the screen because the protector isn't flush with the entire phone. You almost have to use two hands when typing with this screen protector. I have the otter box defender case on my phone now, so I think I'll remove this screen protector and just replace it with a thin protector and hope for the best.

I bought 2 of these. The 1st had the protective film cover glued on so tight the pull tab broke off making removal impossible. The 2nd screen I got in my phone. It does not cover the entire screen. Meaning you'll have a valley at the top & bottom of the phone. I expected it to meet the defender case well enough to not notice a difference. It did not. The next issue i had was with screen sensitivity. I had a huge dead spot in the center of the screen. These 2 issues made using the stylus impossible.
If Otterbox can produce a separate product to cover the screen them it should have been included as part of the case & not a stand alone product.
I've used Otterbox cases with many phones & tablets & this is be far the worst product I've seen from them. Very disappointed in the company now & will not purchase more of their products.
As a side note: forcing me to jump through hoops to write a review is even more annoying. I will not recommended or but another Otterbox product.
