This product does it's job, however it is collecting a lot of lent around the edges. Also, when using my phone, I have to push on my screen extra hard especially when using my keyboard which is a big inconvenience especially when your trying to type a quick text and look up and notice that half of your letters are not there. When I installed this product and looked closely around the edges it appeared that some parts stuck down but others didn't. In other news I feel that it does it's job with protecting my phone and do to the price I have no other choice but to work with it.

1st glass peel.didnt come off, the 2nd I dropped phone 1x and glass.just fell.off and ruined sticky where it wouldn't go.back on.this was after 2 days, 3rd one seems like glass about to come.off again looking at.the edges after days. Followed directions to the t.they need to work it out and send.me a 100% version. They are always glad to.send.me.another

First off the good, the guides the glass come with are great and make placing the glass fool proof. The ugly, unlike every other otter box the glass does not cover the surface area of the face of the phone so you are stuck with a very awkward lip on the top and bottom of the phone. Every time you try to swipe down the drop down menu or to check notifications your finger catches on the edge of the glass. I'm tempted to risk the broken screen and eat the expensive cost of this product just for this reason alone. Not to mention that the adhesive creates a line along the sides of the note that is extremely noticeable as well. Otter box should go back to holding the glass inside the case like all the other boxes. Also your phone loses responsiveness with the touch. You'll find that while typing some letters pressed do not register or fighting the screen to press a button and make it work. I would like my money back honestly

Does not cover entire display surface and greatly reduces touch sensitivity. I typically have to double tap while texting. Fits fine with defender case.
I'm disappointed that I paid so much money for this and I'm not completely satisfied.

The Alpha Glass does what it is supposed to do. Protect the Screen. It does NOT provide coverage anywhere beyond the usable screen area so it looks like it is a smaller floating screen protector, which is fine as it works great with a case to remain in place and not get lifted(I'm using the Otterbox Symmetry for Note 8). The installation was easy and accurate using directions, guide tools and wipes provided. My Similar experience with other curved edge screen protectors is that there is a bit of a noticeable Halo/Ring around the edges of the screen protector as it adheres to the phone. My one negative that I did not expect is that at both the top and the bottom edges there are 2 identical spots in which it looks like the adhesive of the screen protector does not seal well. It goes away for a second when I press those areas down hard, but then they re-surface moments later(see attached photos). The screen sensitivity is slightly decreased and you will have to be a little more deliberate with your typing and touches in general, but it's not a bad trade-off with the protection that this will definitely provide. It's a good product. I'm hoping that the kinks are worked out and it becomes a great product. I love Otterbox products and believe in them. This is the first one that I would only give a 3 star rating on thus far due to the issues I have mentioned and the steep price. For the time I waited and the amount I spent I was expecting perfection, but that fell short.
