As long as I have had a phone I've had an otter box. I trust them to protect my phone. When the iPhone 7 came out I was waiting for this case to come out in that size. In the meantime I was using, for the first time ever, another phone case (the brand escapes me now). I wasn't overly impressed with it but it worked. Since I have received this otter box case I haven't been as thrilled as I usually am for one reason. It's nearly impossible to use the off button! The case is sleek, pretty, affordable, and sturdy yet the button the part of the casing that aligns with the home bottom is extremely rigid. I am not sure if it is supposed to be like that. It takes me 4-5 clicks to turn the phone into resting mode. Taking a screen shot is nearly impossible. I wasn't aware that I used that button as often as I did until I had to exert all of my energy to push it. I'm going to give the case another week or two to see if that area in the case "loosens" a bit making it easier to use. I hate to say it but if it doesnt get easier I'm going to be changing cases.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am a huge fan of Otter Box and have had a case for every iPhone I've owned for both work and personal. That said I wanted something a little different. I was afraid to go for a clear case but I also got a pink iPhone so what sense did it make to cover it up with a cover. When I saw the Symmetry sparkle case I thought it was fun. I absolutely love it. I feel that my phone is protected without all the bulkiness of a bigger case and I can actually see the phone. I know people who don't like cases because they like to be able to see their phone. This is the case for them.

Functional, but scratched and cracked.

I've had this case for two months now, and I've dropped my phone many time. My phone hasn't broken yet, but after only two months the case looks worse for wear. I've had a couple other Otterboxes and they've never scratched like this one. There are also some cracks within the plastic, near the lower left corner, that have been there as long as I've had the case.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Case Yellows After Use

Bought the fully clear symmetry case for the iphone 7. After about a month, the edges of the case started to yellow. Obviously, this is not intended, but it is a common problem in clear cases. The case itself does a great job of protecting the phone, so I have no complaints there.
Otterbox support is the best out there. Talked to them on the phone and they are planning on sending me the clear back case with black edges. This should prevent the yellowing, as it only occurred on the soft plastic edges.
3 stars for the case and 5 stars for the customer service.
I'm happy enough :)

What's the point of having the gold iPhone if every case for it covers up the gold? I wanted a sturdy clear case, and that's what this is. The phone feels secure in the case, and the case's clarity does well showcasing the phones design and color.
