An upgrade to my previous sous vide (Anova). Heats up much faster, fits in the drawer nicely, and I don't have to take it apart to get all the water out.
Joule was my introduction to Sous Vide. I'm amazed. Pairing the Joule with its app was very easy. The Joule heats the water to the precise temperature you set. I use a vacuum sealer for the meats. You can't go wrong following the recipes in the Joule app. I've prepared steaks and chicken breasts to perfection. I'm very happy with my purchase.
