The Joule is my all time favorite! It's simple to use, I can use the App or my Amazon Echo to control it. Everything comes out cooked to perfection.

Fabulous product! My only issue is it takes longer than I would like for it to get to temperature. I would buy it again even with the prolonged heating time.

Chefstep has been there with me from the beginning of my sous vide learning experience. I own 4 different immersion circulators and reach for my Joule above all others. I sous vide something at 90% of my meals and help run a group of 20K sous vide cooks. We all love our Joules.

Joule works exactly as advertised. I'm picky about product designs, and I wouldn't change a thing--the designers seem to have thought of everything already. Still learning and experimenting with SV cooking, but so far, so good.
