I love the joule so much, I have purchased two more of them for wedding gifts. Love the app and the recipes. So easy to use and great to have my food cooked perfectly!

I like that Joule is controlled via a smartphone. However, it won't work for friends who don't have a smartphone or WiFi. In that instance while it is bulkier and more difficult to set, I use my PolyScience sous vide machine.
