I like Joule and the app

I like Joule and the app. Now and then an update causes issues loading things. The best feature is the interactive app to show doneness levels of meats. Chefsteps has put a lot of time into this and it looks great. Joule itself is awesome. Heats fast, maintains temp great, the small size is awesome to carry around. I wish Joule could be used with out the wifi. Even with bluetooth I unable to connect.

My Joule is a great tool!

My Joule works exactly as it should,lives in a kitchen drawer and once I got softened water is trouble free. The software (on my iPad) is easy to use and I haven't encountered any problems. The followup with updates and recipes is useful and a reminder to use the Joule. The website is full of information and the comments and questions from other users are full of good info.

Excellent Sous Vide

I've used the Joule Sous Vide several times with pork tenderloin, chicken and steak. I've used recipes included with the APP and my own variations. Each time the meat was tender, succulent and perfectly cooked. I purchased LIPAVI Sous Vide containers and racks and find them to be the ultimate way of using the Joule.
