I have loved cooking with my Joule

I have loved cooking with my Joule. Both hardware and software are user friendly. If you don't know the correct time and temperature the app has the info you need. I had a problem when it stopped working; which easily could have soured me on their product but they responded quickly and replaced it. In a perfect world having products that never break may be expected but here on Earth having a company stand behind its products works for me.

This product has been great from the roll out. I've only had one issue with my joule, and it was resolved almost imediately. The customer service, quality of product and performance are a step above the competition. I hope to see even greater improvements in the future. My joule heats water better and faster than its competitors. Not to mention out performing them in capacity as well. Keep up the excellent work.

I own 7 different sous vide appliances and Joule is the very best and most efficient, by a long shot. Elegant design, intuitive app, and overall a pleasure to use. Thank you for making such an awesome product!

Joule Is Awesome! I am a chef in post falls i use my sous vide machine for all sorts of caterings! Its easy to transport, powerful and the app makes it super easy to use! I cant wait to buy my next Joule so i can cook multiple things at once.
