I enjoy the recipes and videos on line. I'm still practicing! It takes a while to learn how to use the product and every recipe is different and has a learning curve. I would like to have a feature where I can make the Joule turn off when it cooks to a temperature of my choosing. I would love to control the Joule from my tablet.

Well let's see. I love it. In fact you should hire me to sell them, I rave about It to everyone, and they say what passion I have . I also have friend who have competitors brands and they are Jealous with how nice a job you have done the recipes. I have only had a couple of big no no's but found that cooking meat To long turns meat To mush.

The Joule has worked as expected but at times has trouble connecting to my smart phone. Even while standing within a couple of feet of the Joule. I'm not 100% sure the temperature I set is what is being provided each and every time but will soon be measuring various water bath temperatures to confirm. I suspect it is fine but still have some doubts on some settings.
