This is an excellent product that works exactly the way it is supposed to. Also Joule has a fabulous customer service department. My Joule began to pump on and off when in use. I called the company and they immediately sent me a replacement. Use it all the time.

Love using the Joule! Simple product, easy to use and perfectly accurate in cooking time. Love the recipe suggestions and timing guides. Will likely make multiple gifts of the Joule for family and friends.

Cooks as well, if not better, then the models from that OTHER brand In a much smaller package, with a killer app. Easy to store. Easy to clean. Easy to use (Alexa!)

Initially hesitant, but love it!

I was hesitant to buy a wireless-controlled-only Sous Vide device after owning both a Sous Vide Supreme & a Sansaire. But... I like the Joule so much that I bought a second Joule & gave away the Sous Vide Supreme & now rarely use my Sansaire. The small size makes it easy to store & even travel with & I use it weekly & sometimes daily now. Having two gives me flexibility for long & short cooks of protein & veg items simultaneously.
