Very high power blender... Makes quick work of almost every job. Could use a plunger to push down ingredients that often get hung up towards the top of the pitcher. Also is very loud... Although that is a complaint from the rest of my family when I make early morning smoothies

Blender is one of a kind product. It is very powerful and really useful for a variety of recipes. What I miss is a lid for the blender jar. Spills are common and annoying. Also is more noisy than other blender due all power of the blender.

Love this Blender

I have had this blender for a few months and have to say that it has worked great! I obviously make many smoothies with it and just did a homemade eggnog. I have had no issues with this blender so far. Yes the noise level is loud, but I have gotten use to it and it no longer bothers me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I received this as a birthday gift after my old Kitchenaid blender died. I was intrigued by the magnetic drive. I love the pre-programmed speeds, ease of clean up, the 7 year warranty and the performance. There are a few draw backs - it is a bit pricey. The height makes it difficult to store (at least in my kitchen). It is exactly 1/4 inch too tall to fit under the cabinet - but I take the measuring tool out of the feed spout and store it inside the blender. Have been blending with it every weekend since I got it - still love it.

Lasts year I went through 2 smoothie bullets from 2 different companies. At first, each made quick, thick delicious smoothies, but after awhile, the blenders wore out quickly with ball bearings flying everywhere! The first bullet lasted about 3 months. I couldn't believe it when I learned it only had a 2 month warranty. The second bullet lasted only a little longer with the same effect! This new blender is terrific. I followed the recipe from the large recipe book that came with it. This blender is literally hands-free. You add the ingredients, turn it on using the smoothie setting and it blends thick creamy smoothies - shutting off by itself when done. I have been making them every day since I got it. So far, they are still as thick and creamy as the first time I made them. The best part of this blender is the warranty. . . 7 years! When you figure out how much I spent in one year for a blender, this blender is definitely worth the money

I've gone through quite a few blenders in the past 6 months:Vitamix, Blendtec, Ninja. None were both easy to use AND performed how I wanted. This blender is awesome! It does it all without jabbing a rod in it to make it blend all of the ingredients, or start smoking, or walking across my counter, or leaving chunks. Even my kids can work it! As an added bonus, it's beautiful!!!
