Like cooking results but leery!

Just seen this and wondered why the reviews weren't that great, because I have one also that I love but we quit using it very much because of nicks. I never thought of contacting the company because mine isn't near as bad as some photos but now I am afraid it would get bad with a lot of use. I just stuck mine in a cabinet and only get it out for a really needed situation. Would use it so much more if it wasn't for this worry.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wonderful machine

rice function is terrible

this pot is terrible to cook rice. It heat rice uneven.

Excellent Decision to Buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new candy apple red multi cooker. I’ve just made stew, apple cinnamon oatmeal and rice in it so far. It’s very attractive and easy to clean. Once I made the stew and had a chance to use various settings, I totally get how it works. Only issue is I cannot find the matching stir tower. Having that would make this perfect. Please anyone can help me find it?!

I love the function of this slow cooker, but the bowl insert is constantly peeling and I'm worried it will end up in the food! Poor quality. Searching other brands for a replacement.
