Insert chips easily and often

First the inside chipped. Different bowl, outside bottom peeling worse. No replacements available. Perhaps a different, better, material, would be much better. Very disappointed in this product.

I love the functionality of this product but I wish I hadn’t bought it until they made the product with material that didn’t peel with every touch. It’s cheaply made so I have to be very VERY careful I don’t scrape or peel the inside(nonstick surface) or outside. Very disappointed in this product from a brand I’ve trusted.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

First Kitchen Aid purchase!

Purchased this last year and I really love it. It was very useful while my stove was broken. It seems that I may need to replace the insert though, since it is chipping. Where/how do you get a
replacement?

I love it but please make a non-non-stick bowl

I absolutely adore this cooker, or rather I did until the non-stick started to come off. I replaced it with an instant pot which is good at what it is good at but is not a replacement for the multi-cooker, but has a stainless steel bowl. PLEASE make an alternate bowl so I can take it out of the closet. PLEASE! I LOVE THIS PRODUCT BUT DO NOT WANT OR NEED NON-STICK!!!

Cute but insert chips and paint peels off

I’ve had this KitchenAid all in one for a year or so and love the function. Unfortunately the bowl insert is painted and the black part is wearing off. The machine works great but looks horrible

We’ve been using this multicooker a lot since we bought it two years ago. We also used it to cook our meals in our kitchenette during our hotel stay while in transition to our new home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My multi-cooker was a gift. I work from home and don't often have time to plan a good meal. I use the cooker to make soup, stew and roast meats. I can't tell you how much time I save by using this wonderful appliance. It has a front and center spot in my kitchen. It is very easy on the eyes.
