[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is easy to use but the directions are really clear. First r example on the risotto setting the temp has to be at a particular level to let you go from sauté to simmer. Just an adjustment in instructions would be helpful.

So, yeah, umm, let me just start off with I I'm a HUGH fan of KA...but y'all a bit late to this game, and then you try to throw 62 'reviews' on your page when every single one of them professes to either received free product or a sweepstakes entry for their review. Not claiming these are all 'bought' votes, but it don't look good, KA...just sayin...

While I wish it were a little bigger, the main goal of cooking more foods that require constant stirring is met. I love the simplistic functionality of the computer based operating system and the ease of using the paddles. Overall, I am a very happy KitchenAid consumer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this machine. I've been using it for a few weeks now and have made several meals. You could almost eliminate the stove cooking with this. Very intuitive and easy to operate. The stir tower is a really nice feature, gives you an extra hand in the kitchen. I've been wanting to try my hand at making yogurt but have been too intimidated. This machine makes it super easy.
I am giving only four stars because the simmer function doesn't work well for me. I have had to use the manual function at a higher temperature to keep things simmering. Sometimes it takes a little time to get it dialed just right so I can feel comfortable walking away to let it do it's thing.

Fantastic Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family bought this last month while shopping for a slow cooker. This Multi-Cooker offers that ability and so much more. As a family, we have used the cooker a number of times with great results each time. It was a nice way to cook and keep things warm over the holidays when extended family was visiting. I look forward to trying more recipes using this multi-cooker. The stirring motor is audible but not too loud.
