Good multi-cooker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well made with solid construction. In true kitchenAid fashion you can place your hand on the sides of the unit even after 10 hours of cooking due to insulation which is important for safety. Wasn’t obvious you had to hold the power down to turn it off. Also when you move from pre-heat to slow cook or other timer settings you have to hit the button to start the clock. It heats very quick so it’s not a big deal.
I would recommend this to a friend!
