Amazing coffee!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The coffee is really good and you can taste the difference. And everyone loves watching it brew! I do wish that the carafe was insulated since the burner turns off after the brewing cycle completes.

I recently purchased this excellent Siphon coffee brewer. I have been a fan of siphon/vacuum coffee for quite some time now. I still have,and use my Sunbeam Coffeemaster C-30 vacuum coffee maker. It was quite a surprise when I saw this new model by KitchenAid on the market. Its been more than 40 years since a major appliance brand has produced and sold a siphon/vacuum coffee brewer in the USA. This brewer by KitchenAid is a very well made product, will last many years. It is a faster brewer than those of years ago, and the flavor of the coffee is very bold, robust, but not bitter. Fun to watch the brewing process too. Cleanup is a little more time consuming than that of a drip maker, but well worth the effort when you taste the wonderful coffee it produces. Go out and buy one, you'll be glad you did.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own a total of 3 Nespresso machines - and then there is this baby! I post a video to Facebook - reminding my friends about the machine and how awesome it is! I would NEVER replace this unless another Siphon.

When I was in graduate school, in the late 1960's, my professor introduced us to the wonders of making coffee in a Silex vacuum coffee maker. It was the best coffee I ever had. Fast forward to 2016 and the Kitchenaid siphon coffee maker. My son gave me this coffee maker for Christmas after hearing, for years, my raving about the coffee I had from the Silex maker. I can tell you, I was not disappointed. Not only did this coffee maker bring back fond memories but aslo madeone helluva cup of coffee. If you love coffee made from freshly ground beans, this is the machine for you. It's easy to use, easy to clean and produces perfect results.

Brews coffee well and the clean up is worthwhile. Unfortunately, there is no way to repair the suction once it starts to go in 2-3 years. I expected more.

First of all it is amazing for me KitchenAid made this type of coffee brewer! THank you ! Love this coffee brewer.I used to do classic way to brewed coffee. And looking for similar to do that by machine for me. I found this! two things wishes are a little bit more bigger brewer pot opening, so I can washing my hands get to the bottom and cleaning for good. Other wise I have to using little brush came with brewer. It is idicurous size brush anyway. But rather than that I like machine so far. Thank you !
