[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my fridge for almost a month now and it's been great. I haven't had any issues. I did have to return the original purchase as it did not fit through my doors. This second model, (counter-depth) was perfect and did fit (barely). The only complaint is the wrapping around the fridge - it's so difficult to peel and some small pieces are left still.

Lots of room but cheap drawers

We’ve had ours for two years and I’ve read some of the other reviews. The ice cubes are very small. Ny biggest complaint is that the wheels on both drawers have broken. Our previous refrigerator had the wheels on the bottom, a much better design if you plan on putting anything in the drawers. I did consider purchasing replacement drawers but have hesitated because they’re expensive and if built the same way, will end up replacing them again in the future. It’s also made some horrible noises when the fan runs.

Thanks for your feedback. We were able to see your concerns are being addressed regarding the drawers. Low water pressure can cause water to dispense slow and ice production to be lower and smaller. Make sure you are changing the water filter at least every 6 months. Please reach out to us if you need further assistance.

This Refrigerator was purchased 2/2020, it has two problems which the service person will be repairing soon, until then I cannot rate this Refrigerator until it is working properly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the freezer compartment at the bottom of the Refrigerator, but the rest of the Refrigerator is not working properly and we are waiting for the repair person to fix it once he has the repair parts.

Beautiful piece to our kitchen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Waited a month for delivery. Seal around freezer was not set, had to have a new seal installed. Quality of stainless not the best, imperfections are noticeable.

Great lights!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge came wrapped in plastic which unfortunately is very difficult to remove. We are left with this plastic showing around the entire perimeter of the appliance. Don't know how to remove it? Very difficult to get it off behind the rubber gaskets? Wish someone would tell me how to remove it.
