Bad quality

One month after we purchased the fridge, the water dispenser started getting weaker and weaker. Few weeks later, it became unusable. It takes a long time for the ice dispenser to start dispense any ice. At the same time the temperature is very uneven. Products in the back of the fridge are always getting frozen. The freezer is cold enough. And the customer service in non existant.

Thankful for a fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My refrigerator from another brand died on July 1st and I had a warranty from a warranty company and they were supposed to come on the 10th and they didn't so I ordered a new refrigerator. As grateful as I am to have a new refrigerator, the installer, when he hooked up the ice line, flooded my basement so it's been one bad thing after the other but so far the new refrigerator is great! The only thing I'm disappointed in and it is mainly because I didn't shop around I just needed a refrigerator that was in a warehouse is that the water line isn't cold and my only refrigerator had an automatic fill for water so you could press a button and walk away and it would fill your glass. But other than that I'm very happy with the refrigerator.

It’s perfect but the ice dispenser is VERY noisy

Very happy with our new fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this fridge about a month ago after our 12 year old fridge died and we are very happy with it. It's smaller than the one we used to have get it feels bigger because of the french doors. The freezer at the bottom feels huge too and we love it. The way you can rearrange everything inside the fridge is great so we had to use it for a while to find out the best way to arrange the shelves for our family. The only reason why I'm not giving it 5 starts is that the water doesn't come out COLD, its cold but its not oh so cold and refreshing.

Condensation & Ice in fridge...warm water dispenser.

Bought this 2 years ago and now it's nothing but a semi-frozen dripping mess. More water is produced thru ice & condensation in the refrigerator than in the actual ice maker. You'd think, like every other refrigerator made today, that the water dispenser would give you cold water. Nope. Warm tap water. Avoid at all costs.
