Broken ice maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hav had this refrigerator for 3 months and the ice maker suddenly stopped functioning properly. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t.

From factory leaks when ICE maker is switched on

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Owned less then a weak connected water line, water in the door works fine, but after switching the ICE maker on. a puddle of water accumulates on the floor seems to be from the valves.

French Door Refrigerator

Purchased this refrigerator which as not been to the standards that I expected from Frigidaire. The inside of the fridge seems to be cheap with a lot of plastic. The roller drawers for both of the crisper drawers broke within 4 months of normal use. This has been difficult at best to get the company to replace the parts broken.

Not working

I bought this roughly 10 months in august 2019, it’s been making explosive loud sound for past 3 months, cannot tolerated, call the service 19th of May 2020 , a part was replaced on 27th of May, assumed that was repaired, but today May 29th, sadly found my over $500 worth of food became bad. Wondering who’s responsible, should I ask for the new machine?

First French Door Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first french door fridge. I like the extra wide opening for the fridge part but the freezer drawer will take some time getting used to. (The handle did disconnect on one side, twice.)
There seems to be almost too many shelves for the fridge. We have a tea picture and it is hard to find a space for it without making a really short shelf or just removing a shelving unit altogether.
Well lit and easy to use controls on the front. Quiet operation and depth is perfect. Doors open without running into wall.
Overall pleased with the refrigerator.
