Just ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Is it me or are appliances cheaply made these days? The first one we received leaked. The 2nd one is fine but the freezer space is so small. The ice cubes are also tiny and the shelving just seems flimsy.

Looks nice... that’s about it

Food constantly freezes if it near the back, and similar to other reviewers, the plastic is cheap. Wheels all both drawers are broken.

Counter depth is great

It's good to hear your feedback! We're glad the size do the fridge is working well for you. If you're having trouble with the protective plastic, it comes off pretty easily with mild dish soap and a straight edge! Check that items in the back of your fridge are not blocking the vents; this can cause freezing air to get trapped instead of spreading throughout the cabinet. Try rearranging some items for better airflow and put delicate things like fruits and vegetables in the crisper drawers. Low humidity is best for fruits and high humidity is best for leafy vegetables!

Freezer door needs extra push to seal shut
