[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator is freezing my eggs, lettuce, cucumbers, pickles, etc. I turned it up to 40 degrees and it still is freezing food. The freezer door is also dragging.

Hi, Judy08! We apologize for any freezing matters you are experiencing with your items. We were able to see your refrigerator has the humidity control drawers. This feature allows you to adjust the humidity within the drawer to your desired setting. Moving the humidity control to a high setting can extend the life of fresh vegetables. While Fresh fruits keep best when stored at a lower humidity setting. Items with strong odors or high moisture content should be wrapped before storing. If you continue to experience freezing matters with your lettuce or other vegetables, wrapping them in plastic helps.
However, we do see that you have a technician scheduled to come out to your home on January 21st, between 12 pm-5 pm. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago. We wanted a counter-depth refrigerator, so we can have more space in the kitchen. I had a problem with the ice maker within about 4-5 days after installation. They came out and fixed that problem. I have also been having trouble with items freezing in the refrigerator, I have the temp up to the highest and my eggs froze and cracked open. Not sure what the fix is, but it is a waste of food when I have to throw them away.

We understand that you have been experiencing issues with items freezing, and it sounds like you’re on the right track with adjusting the temperature.
Eggs and other items tend to freeze in the refrigerator if they are placed close to the air vents in the refrigerator. The key to preventing your items from freezing is to keep it as far away from the air vents as possible.
If you are storing leafy vegetables, they are kept best when stored in the crisper drawer with the Humidity Control set on High Humidity, or in a drawer without a Humidity Control. This keeps incoming air to a minimum and maintains maximum moisture content. Store non-leafy vegetables and fruits still in their skins at the low humidity setting.

Disappointing.

Door closes and seals but sticks out and is not flush with other door. "Can't be adjusted". Opened sliding drawer and wheel mount area broke away from drawer. 3 months old and under completely normal operating conditions.The drawer will no longer open properly and Frigidaire count this as a "cosmetic" failure and they only cover "mechanical".

Works great, needs changes

Great Fridge! Good Buy!

We love the counter depth and even tho our other fridge was larger and a std depth everything fit in this one! It looks great, makes crushed or lil pyramid ice cubes that fit in sports bottles. The few draw backs are it is noisier but you get used to it, the water is not cold and the tray in water disp area is a cheap, warped piece of plastic. Btw removing the plastic wrap off doors was painstaking. MY TIP: score the edges with a blade then pull it away so it's clean otherwise you'll have shreads of plastic film that can't be removed. The shelves can be reconfigured also. Can't complain for the price point as fridges just don't last like they used to and we had a budget. I would definitely recommend it
