Short on storage and food freezes in back of fridge

This is the second fridge, I had the same one purchased in December. Everything froze in the produce drawers and if it was in the back. When COVID was under control I was given another one. I’m not losing too many vegetables in the drawers but still can’t push anything to the back of fridge. Very frustrating. Also not enough room in freezer. I had to purchase a second freezer.

I did some research into your concerns and found that food items placed near the vents will tend to freeze, as these items will disrupt air flow. If possible, try not to place any items near the vents. Don’t hesitate to reach out to us if further assistance is needed.

Counter depth is great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased due to my other fridge breaking. I love the counter depth and don’t feel that I’ve lost space as many have said. I also love that the doors close securely unlike my old fridge. I am having some difficulty adjusting the temp. Some things are freezing in the fridge.

Best Refrigerator I've ever owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago, and I absolutely love it!! It has plenty of room for all of my food and it looks so nice in my kitchen. I would definitely recommend this anyone looking for a roomy refrigerator. It is also very easy to use the display to set your personal specifications for temps and other features.

Best refrigerator ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this model to replace my much larger side by side and I was afraid it would be too small but the freezer is designed to fit all sizes of trays, bags or boxes. The two large bins and the slide out trays over them hold just as much if not more then my old freezer. The French doors open to a wonderfully designed group of bins and shelving that, along with the shelves on the door, provide ample room for all my items.
