Large space but leaks water from dispenser in door

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator quickly and didn't do a ton of research. As I am pleased about the additional storage space inside and the improved freezer storage configuration, compared to French door models 10 years ago, buyers need to be aware that the water out of the door is not chilled and when you open or close the door, water comes on to the floor. It's enough water to form a puddle. I'm constantly soaking up puddles on the floor with a towel and absorbing water in the catch tray. On stainless steel, I have constant streak marks of the water on the stainless steel, below the water dispenser in the door.

Wish I had spent a little more for a nicer fridge

A year after purchase the unit occasionally makes wired mechanical noises and sometimes the ice gets stuck and I have to pull the tray out and shake things around. I’ve called at every issue to learn that it is not covered.

Thank you for sharing your experience. The handle can typically be reattached and tightened easily by hand, provided no parts have broken. It is normal for the refrigerator to make some noises while it is running, and if the doors are opened consistently the ice cubes in the bucket may sometimes stick together. This is true of any in-fridge ice maker and can be prevented by using the dispenser more often or stirring the ice every now and then to loosen up any chunks.
