[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a new customer for Frigidaire appliances and I must say, I am enjoying it. We had to return another counter depth refrig due to the fact we have a tight space and one door would not open. This refrig has a lot of storage room and the doors open perfectly. My old refrigerator that broke down would freeze the food placed in the back but this one seems to be keeping all our food cold but not frozen (except in the freezer, of course). What a relief!

Why is my ice cream melting?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall satisfied with the fridge but its a little less room in the doors and shelves than my old Kenmore and my ice cream melts into soup in the freezer.
I dont know of the freezer is autodefrosting too much or the door is staying open.
Its a sad day when you pull out the ice cream and its liquid and the rest of the items in the top shelf cage are melting.
