Ice maker problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not sure what’s going on but ice maker stopped making ice. I turned the ice maker off for 24hrs, and after I turned it back on, it started making ice again. I did this thrice and it ha seemed to work, but this last time, it isn’t working.
I also had a separate issue where I could not slide out the ice bin- it appeared to be stuck. I jiggled it a little back and forth and the ice was filled up very high and the entire ice tray mold came out with the bin when I finally got it out.
I dumped the ice bin and returned the mold back to position and it was working again.
I just current am getting no ice and there is no water filling in the ice tray. Frustrating.

Can’t say enough about the amazing organization options, lighting to see everything inside, crisper drawers that actually keep vegetables fresh, and easy access to freezer items. Absolutely worth the investment.

Worthless doors and drawers

After less than two years of use, the wheels that allow the drawers to glide out started breaking. Then the hinges of one of the french doors broke. Then another hinge broke. Then the wires came loose. We now have a three-year old fridge that cannot properly seal because it JUST KEEPS BREAKING. I am so disappointed in Frigidaire. This fridge is excellent for a family, but after normal daily use, I can't believe that so many things are broken. I would not purchase another Frigidaire refrigerator in the future.

Food in refrigerator freezing and lots of condensation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator 4 months ago and its been nothing but trouble. there's food that comes out of the refrigerator partially frozen, even when I've turned the temperature of it up, and there's a lot of condensation under the shelves which makes me put everything below them in containers so they don't get wet.
There is also ice crystals forming on the back wall of the unit, and condensation on the outside where the doors come together.
The ice maker also doesn't make a lot of ice to keep up with the demand in my house

Regarding your ice maker concerns, the ice maker is designed to produce about 80 cubes in 24 hours (8 cubes every 2 hours. If it is producing that much ice, you may want to consider installing the optional 2nd ice maker that’s available for your model. If interested the part # is FIB23A. Parts can be purchased from Frigidiare.com or by calling customer service.

Out of box failure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the refrigerator 2 months ago- the temp in the refrigerator never got above 54F- my food was bad and lost $300.00 in food over thanksgiving holiday. The service rep on phone was rude and indicated they would send out a seal for me to place on a brand new device to hopefully fix it. If I wanted service it would be two weeks, third party would be 2 days(third party called it would be 4days). The evenflo was defective - two more weeks for part....

Unreliable, low quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator a month ago and had a problem with the vertical bar that seals between the two doors. It was misaligned and did not move into place. This left a sizable gap that was open to the room. Ice formed inside of the refrigerator and water condensation formed on the outside of the door. Poor design and manufacturing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When the door opens, it should fold into a position perpendicular to the fridge door so that when you close it, it goes back into the guide that flattens it out.
