My Daughter JUST Got This For My Grandson and From Day One The Cars Are Getting Stuck In The Elevator EVERY TIME HE TURNS IT ON!!!!!! The Elevator And Gorilla Was The Best Parts To Him And Now He Has To Improvise In Order To Enjoy It!!!!!! Something Needs To Be Done!!!!! We have Purchased A lot Of City items but can’t hook them to this because of the ELEVATOR MAKING THE CARS GET STUCK!!!!! HELP PLEASE
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our kids love this toy except the Gorilla broke the first week and now they are not as interested in playing with it.... Total bummer given the price of the toy!

Mixed Emotions!

This playset is beautiful after it's all set up and packed with Hot Wheels. It's very large. The gorilla fell of twice and broke. Kids will lean on it to play and it bends the garages especially the top one. Cars get stuck and it's loud. Wish I could exchange it.

EXCELLENT! Lots to do,entertains a variety of ages

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids were super excited about this product before we even took it out of the package, it's huge (finding space for it might be an issue!), but all 5 of them can play with it at the same time, and not be on top of each other. There are so many different components that playtime is varied and fun each time they play. My only issue is with the noise- the elevator can be super loud, so I try to limit the time that piece is turned on during play. My youngest loves the airplane and my middle loves the interactive "tool" level. They all enjoy racing the cars and waiting to see who wins. The only complaints I have heard are that it didn't come with enough cars and that the back of the airplane does not open as easily as the front. The gorilla provides an interesting element of play (although super loud element as well!). With a week of continuous play from 5 children, who aren't always the gentlest!, this has held up remarkably well and hasn't had any issues, or breakage. If you have kids that like cars, or interactive toys that can be played with in a variety of ways, this is the toy for your house! It's also a good choice if you have children that span a widespread of ages, as it appeals to a variety of ages for different reasons.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We have the ultimate garage play set it is amazing! A friend has both set as well and the connect so well to each other. I need to collect more cars because well 140 spaces is not going to fill itself. In any case it is as it says hours of fun. Easy to assemble and it really fuels the imagination both his and mine. Excellent product!! 10 stars!!

The gorilla was broken out of the box and the elevator keeps getting stuck . Not worth the money.

Was up weeee hours of the night on Christmas modifying the elevator shaft that was not fully complete out of the mold. I do expect an email or phone call about what your going to do to remedy this!!!
