The Elevator is absolutely ruining this set

The concept and style is amazing for my son. But the gorilla and elevator are killing it. Always gets stuck and ruins the moment. I have no idea, but am open to suggestions on how to fix this.

Eye catching ...fun while it lasts

Christmas present for our son. One of the most expensive toys we’ve ever gotten for him. The gorilla is now stuck because the fasteners are all loose and the torso doesn’t rotate. Our son is heartbroken. He’s a hot wheels fan and has been collecting them for years. Calling customer service on Monday to see what they can do. So incredibly disappointed to see him

Dosen't work

My son received this for Christmas and we took it out of the box today (December 26th) and it dosen't work. We've tried putting in different batteries and it still dosen't work, my husband believes the motor in it is bad. I have one very heartbroken boy who just wants to play with his "super awesome present".

Gorilla broken With limited play!

Kids got for Christmas. Toy is okay but we rarely turned on the motorized elevator because it is so loud! Now, four months later, my son decided to give it another go but the gorilla somehow is stuck, won’t go up and is basically broken! Incredibly disappointed with quality given the high price tag. Unbelievable!

So much fun

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this awesome hot wheels super ultimate garage playset. This is by far one of the coolest hot wheels toys i have ever encountered. The playset is heavy but thats because the awesomeness in the box is a lot. The playset is easy to maneuver around the house and the cars can really zoom around this set.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids are having so much fun with their new Hot Wheels Super Ultimate Garage. It's the biggest so far that it stands 41 inches tall on its tallest point, 46 inches long on its longest point and 21 inches wide on its widest point. It really requires space in the house though.
Be careful in putting the spiral elevator since the first time that we put it, all the cars went to the top and goes down the ramp and then goes up again which was nice but after my husband changed its position, all the cars went to the ground parking. The cars did not anymore go up to the top of the elevator. I wish it had a stopper so the child can choose which parking level to go. The motorized elevator has a slight sound but it isn't that annoying. It can hold up to 18 small cars at the same time. The gorilla tries to frighten my children by going up and down the elevator. The moment it reaches the top most, it drops down and then goes up again. The motorized elevator is nice but it needs some improvements on its design and function.
It has a jet plane on top of the garage or penthouse and it can hold up 2 cars. The cars would sometimes go down the ramp by itself but sometimes you have to push them . I like that it has a stopper at the penthouse and push it down when the cars are ready to race side by side. The highlight of this parking garage is the 29-inch 3 spiral ramp. Only smaller cars can race smoothly down the spiral ramp to its finish line and then line up going to the elevator. The ramp is made of flexible plastic.
You can park 14-15 cars on each level and it has 4 levels with 3-tower parking space in blue color and each can store up to 14 cars. The P-4 has a turntable for its check up with robotic arms to tune up your vehicle and it spins smoothly. However, some cars would easily fall down from the front part.
It uses 4 D batteries and it can store up to 140 cars! The base is quite sturdy although some parts are flimsy.
Great garage with great ramps. My children spend 3 to 4 hours each day playing with it. I like it as it keeps them away from screens. It has vivid and attractive colors. I still like the design regardless of its flaws.
I received this item at a discounted price for testing and honest evaluation.

Set encourages hours of creative fun

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Garage Play set is HUGE. The best part is the racing feature. The kids love how the loser car get's flipped off. If the spiral motor is turned on, the cars can go round and round without interruption. The directions were clear and assembly was relatively easy but took about 1 hour. My only complaints are: King Kong and the spiral moves fairly slowly, there is a lot of wasted space between the main structure and the spiral, and 3 of the levels are redundant with no special features. One level has a the plane, one has the car repair shop. If one or two other levels contained something interactive it would have made it really great. One other nitpick is the airplane is too difficult for kids to remove. Otherwise my kids have played for hours and hours every day since we have gotten this. The love it's size. It encourages open ended and creative play. They are finally using ALL their cars and are asking for even more. Overall this is a great product.
