cool garage that is easily broken

while putting the garage together the tab on the spiral elevator broke off so now the 2 elevator pieces won't stay together. while the garage looks cool it could have been made better. now my son has a garage with no elevator for his birthday gift. also, there are no replacement part available on the website for this garage.

Cheaply made $170 mistake

This toy was obviously not tested by or given to children to play with..comes apart constantly having to reassemble over and over again... Don't waste your money.... the lift won't lift the cars the pterodactyl doesn't properly work the track is very cheaply made just a total waste of almost $200

Not worth it

We gave this to my son as a gift. We opened the box to put it together and saw that one of the blue support beams was snapped apart at the top. Of course we called Mattel and they said too bad we can’t help you. The stores around us have no more in stock either. So now we just have a really unhappy 4 year old who cant even play with this hunk of junk. This was one of his biggest Christmas wishes as well. Really disappointed in the customer service.

Broken gorilla - disappointed little boy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this as a Christmas gift for our 7 year old son December 2017. He played with it twice before the gorilla kept getting stuck. It's been sitting in our playroom not getting used ever since. Our son was so excited to get this, it was the only toy he wanted, and we purchased it well in advance and are unable to take it back. So very frustrated and disappointed.

Broke in less then one month

The Gorilla broke within 2 weeks, then the elevator tower broke in half and they dont sell replacement pieces. So disappointed with a $200 boy toy, it should hold up.

Lots of fun except it keeps breaking

Christmas gift for my kids. The gorilla broke the first night. Screws came out and gorilla got stuck. Was sent a new one and it broke the same way the next day. No way of putting screws back in. This costs too much money for it to keep breaking. Very disappointed.

Huge and fun, but Gorilla is not functioning

Easy build, lots of cool features, but the gorilla binds due to poor rail/screw design. Took gorilla off and attempted to secure rail screws, but small bolts used can't be screwed in! They just fall out with the rail spacers provided.
Bummed to say for the price this isn't something I'd recommend. It literally worked for less than a day.
We need a new gorilla with better/secure screws/bolts/rails, HELP!

Really great toy except...

My son got this for Christmas (Santa) and the gorilla is already broken. It is a really fun toy otherwise but I'm a bit disappointed that we're already dealing with this. And when I look at replacement parts it appears that there aren't any. Given the price I was hoping it would have lasted a lot longer.
I would recommend this to a friend!
