Fun but elevator isn’t working

We just bought this for our twins birthday. They love it…but the elevator isn’t working properly. Makes a terribly loud noise. Almost too loud for me to let them play because it gives me a headache. My son assembled it according to the directions but surely it’s not supposed to be loud…right?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awesome toy

My son got this toy for Christmas and is excited to finally get it.Since he got it it has been non stop fun for the both of us. There are some cool features to this toy making it probably every little boys dream toy! I know I wish I had toys like this when I was younger!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this for my 5 year old son for Christmas and the battery switch doesn’t turn on. All he keeps asking for us to turn on the gorilla. My heart is broken and he is crushed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
