Poor packaging and flimsy parts

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my son. He opened this yesterday and he was really excited. But I realized that the side wall of one of the tracks is pressed severely in the package and it wasn't returned to the original shape. It wasn't too serious for me to return it and ruin my son's Christmas. But after two days use, Gorilla was in stuck and didn't move up. I found that one of the bolts inside was released. It is not a regular screw so I couldn't fasten it. More frustrating thing for me is that I have no idea how to claim the warranty or whether I am able to do it. This website is not kind enough. I'm so disappointed about Hot Wheels brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this set for my son December 2017 and we are sitll paying with it as well as 6 other sets we have connected to it.

Gorilla issues not happy at all

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am having the same issue with this gorilla. I brought this for my 7 year old for Christmas and this gorilla only worked Christmas day. The sad part is he didn't even play with it that much. When he went to play with it again yesterday. The gorilla keeps getting stuck and the cars are getting stuck and it will not move up. We tried and tried to fix it took a hour and called it quits. I called customer services and they where closed. I was shock to see that a lot of people are having the exact same issues. The garage set cost to much for this product to not be working properly. I will let you know the update because I am not happy when I finally get in touch with customer service about this situation.

Amazing toy for hot wheel lovers

Hours of play for them and great for parking up to 140 cars. Comes with 4 cars and the ape was the best part they said since it hits the cars.does take 4 d batteries.

Awesome playset for multiple kids

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This garage is huge! Much bigger than expected. Make sure you have a large play area to store it. One good thing is that it holds lots of cars and can keep them organized. Lots of fun surprises around the garage makes it a great toys for 2 or 3 kids to share.

It has a motorized gorilla that swats the cars, a spiral elevator, a 2 lane spiral ramp, 4 cars, a jet plane that launches cars and several other features. Very well made. Kept the boys busy for hours. Great play set.

Hours of fun

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son jumped for joy when we opened the box and he realized this was there. He even started to play with it as I was putting it together. This thing is GIANT, pictures do not do the size justice. It was fairly easy to assemble. When it’s turned one the motor is a bit louder than I would have expected, but not awful. Cars can get stuck if they’re not out on the lift correctly and it does take a bit for them to get to the top. None of that bothered my son and he LOVED playing with it and watching the cars race down the tracks. The moving gorilla on the side is an added bonus and such a fun feature.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent adventures for kids and adults alike!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Hot Wheels Super Ultimate Garage was an instant hit with my rambunctious nephew for the sheer size of the box alone! His eyes popped with anticipation as soon as he saw this box and he could not wait for us to unbox and set it up. My nephew has virtually every type of toy in existence and at 7 years old his attention span still consistently moves from one toy to the next rather quickly. That changed with bringing this toy into the mix! Prior to adding this garage he had multiple small hot wheel sets and an ample amount of cars although none held his interest for long. With this garage, as soon as he comes over; this is the first toy he reaches for and the last he wants to play with before he leaves. And I have to admit I enjoy playing with this set with him as well!
Enough room to hold a plethora of cars (I haven’t counted the exact amount but it says over 140) of all shapes and sizes it’s a blast watching them go up the elevator located on one side of the set. Then start the fun all over again watching them go down the slides! In addition you can attach other sets to them if you already have tracks from other sets! The gorilla and plane add to the excitement and having the cars pop from the plane adds another element of fun and imaginative play to the mix!
Its extremely fun to watch the engagement in his little face and also making it a learning game as we try to guess the rate the cars will go up and down depending on their size and shape!
Overall, I’d definitely recommend this toy for boys and girls of all ages and I feel it has enough cool gadgets to keep even the most boisterous kids entertained!
