Stay away, frankly this is broken as designed. The elevator is CONSTANTLY getting stuck. Cant believe they released a product like this....

Gorilla was broken upon opening Plastic bag

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this for my son and upon completing it . The Gorilla was missing 2 pins so he doesnt evem work at all My son wanted this just because of the Gorilla. So disapppointed in Mattels cheap use of plastic and soft metal pins dont even want to box it up and take it back. Rather jusy throw it away waste of my hard earned money!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ultimate garage, ultimate fun!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very sturdy construction, every piece moves as it should. Big (not not "bulky", it went in an open corner one night and the closet the next) hours and hours of fun for boys or girls! Had a blast picking the cars we wanted to use for it, it's nice that the favorites can be stored in it. We played with this in addition to some of the race track. The huge plus was, I didn't have to help hunt all over for certain cars, we were able to have them all right there! Score! (:

Arrived broken cheaply made

Got this from target and out of the box several pieces were cracked and broken. The base was shattered into a bunch of pieces and the tower that brings the cars up was snapped in half. It is made out of such cheap plastic. Real nice. Bought for my 4 year old son and putting it together on Christmas Eve to find it in the box broken. It’s definitely not worth $200 thanks for ruining a little boys Christmas Mattel.

Very big, could be fun but missing parts

We received this as a gift from the kids' grandmother. It arrived with 3 track pieces missing, which made it a really large waste of space. She tried reaching out to Target where she bought it- no luck. I bought extra straight track pieces to try to remedy the missing straight pieces of track, but we still have a missing curved track piece. They has an extra of the wrong part, so I cut it but it still doesn't fit right to make it run properly.

A box full of broken pieces

Got this as my son's Christmas present from the North Pole. It's Christmas Eve, 930 pm and we have taken it out of the box to essemble it so when he comes down Christmas morning he can see it. It is the only thing he wanted so I justified spending $200 on it. We open the box and the spiral elevator is broken in half and 2 of the tracks are missing. The box was manufacturer sealed which just means you have terrible quality control processes. Now it's 4am, kids are waking up in 3 hours and we have no present, all stores are closed. I am beyond upset. It is such a shame that your company cares so little about the quality of your products and the customers that spend hard earned money on them. You should be ashamed.

Missing Gray Parking Lot Piece

It's supposed to include 3 gray parking lot pieces. Our box only included 2! Not very happy about this. Please tell me how I can get this part. Free of charge of course. Due to a mix up on YOUR companies part.
