Gorilla broke got stuck right away

We loved this at first. Within an hour of play the gorilla got stuck and won’t continue climbing. It makes this horrific sound and I can’t find anywhere to get help trouble shooting. Very frustrating for us and our son. Santa had it all set up and we need him back I guess.

Not worth the money

I bought this for my son for Christmas and it is definitely not worth all you pay for it 200 dollars and the cars do not stay on it well once the slide down they fall off before the get back to the elevator the fall off the elevator a total wast of money

Great product! Lost gorilla

My kids love this but we lost the gorilla and we are wondering if replacement parts are available for product.

POORLY MANUFACTURED

I bought 2 of these SUG for Christmas and after spending all that money they are cheaply made and crappy. The cars get jammed, the gorilla gets stuck and the plastic tracks are cheaply made and barely stay attached I regret buying 2 of them. We only bought them because we previously purchased the Ultimate garage that seemed pretty good so we wanted to get the grands something bigger and better. This was NOT A GOOD BUY. And for such a hefty price this could have been made way better Mattel this is disappointing. My grandkids gets so frustrated with the cars getting stuck, we have purchased over 300 cars and no matter which car we use its the same issue THIS WAS THE WORST BUY EVER.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Eye catching but not worth the price

we assembled the garage last night and already the gorilla gets stuck and the elevator on the other side doesn't go up and down so easily. This is very upsetting considering how much we paid for it and after the fact that it was all put together.

This thing is huge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my son for Christmas, and when the fed ex man was staggering up the driveway with a HUGE box I realized I should have looked at the dimensions more closely! Way bigger and more impressive than I even expected, and he's psyched!

This isn’t not a good toy

I bought this toy for my 4 yr old for Xmas 2017! What a joke. Not even a day and the gorilla wit working. Several people are complaining and no answers. Couldn’t even return to the store I bought from. Will not be buying anymore hot wheels

Crash the competition was broken out of the box

I bought this product as a Christmas present for my son. I assembled it and the "crash the competition" portion was broken out of the box. There is only a day until Christmas so no time to exchange it. Bah Humbug!
