The product performs very well

Before using this product to shave I honed this shaver by putting one drop of shaver oil on each head and ran the shaver for 5 minutes off and on over a one hour period. Then I cleaned the shaver and used it to shave. It did a great job, except directly under my nose, which I finished with a manual razor. Previously, I had to finish shaving using a manual razor lightly over my whole face, especially under my chin.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This electric shaver takes me 2-3 times longer to shave. This razor leaves my face dry. The most expensive Norelco shaver I have ever bought and works half as good as my last 4 Norelco shavers.
Using this like a regular razor with shaving cream is unbelievable. No irritation, very close shave that lasts for at least two days! I’ve always had sensitive skin, but not now.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It is simply the best shaver I ever used. Shave close and fast
My previous Arcitec, my second Philips, was simple, flip open the three heads, wash and place in stand to dry. After 13 years could not find replacement heads anywhere so opted for another Philips because the previous two were great. This thing wants the heads washed every time you shave, then no place to put them to dry and no stand to hold the wet shaver. This shaver is much quieter, but other than that no improvement at all. Oh, it does do a great job as a shaver, but the previous two did as well. And a weekly bath in the special wash tank/charger?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm very glad I purchased this shaver. My old Norelco was very reliable for many years, but with all the traveling and packing it finally gave way. I was so satisfied with that one I tried to replace it only to find out that model was discontinued. The Norelco 9721 lives up to my old one and then some! Great features and performance!
