It's OK, simple to use, simple to clean. I have been using it daily in the morning and the shaves are just OK. By evening my beard is rough. If I want a good shave that lasts though the day, I will have to go back to my razor.

I used nothing but a norelco razor since I was 16, I am now 62...best fastest shave ever, My last one was a 5000 series. I stand cant believe the difference. Also had the smart clean system with last razor and like it.

Doesn’t shave any better then my older model where you just flip up the cutters to clean. Also built in trimmer was more convenient and worked better.

Only apply a gentle pressure which makes your facial hair stand upright and makes it easier for the shaver blades to catch and cut them. Gentle pressure also reduces friction between the shaver and your skin, resulting in a more comfortable experience.
When using your Philips Shaver with a foam or shaving gel, take care of the following tips:
• Always wash your face with water and soap before you start shaving.
• Apply your favorite shaving gel or foam to your skin.
• Start shaving by moving your shaver in circular movements over your skin. This ensures that all hair growing in different directions are removed from your skin.
If you are shaving without water, please take care of the following things:
• Firstly, always wash your face with some water and soap and then dry it properly.
• Allow at least 15 minutes for your skin to dry completely before you start shaving.
• Move the shaver on your skin in circular movements to cut all hair growing in different directions.

Way back when I first had to decide what my future shaving routine was going to be, I stumbled onto the Norelco line of electric razors and shavers. My experience has been just a great one after all these years. I just had to upgrade to this new model after enjoying years of faithful service from my previous shaver and the enjoyable experience that I've gotten used to after all these years has just gotten better. What a wonderful shaving experience I'm enjoying! I hope you guys at Phillips can keep this going.

I am very happy with this product but there are two issues that could be improved. The first issue is the location of the on/off button. Due to the location, you tend to shut it off as you shave. The second is the automatic cleaning system. After a full day the heads are not dry. However overall I am very pleased with this product.

I returned this product after a week of use. I have sensitive skin and got bad razor bumps from this product. It works good if you shave everyday. I went three days without shaving and it took about 20 minutes to get a complete shave. I have to shave every workday so I enjoy the days I don't have to shave but I don't have the extra time to spend shaving after a few days growth.
